Remembrance Concert 2018

Thursday the 8th of November, Culloden Academy hosted a Remembrance concert in the schools theatre with was ran by most of the drama prefects who were involved in many different ways. The Concert was a big success in raising money for charity which is Poppy Scotland . The afternoon showing of the concert was to invited local community and the night showing of the concert was to the paying public to help raise money.

Both concerts went as planned and overall was a lovely night of remembrance. We have some photos of the afternoon performance of the show.

We’re back!

We have had a busy term with great changes happening in the department.  We have a great new team of Prefects and they are ON IT! (introductions to come!) helping with classes, performing with classes and generally keeping things going! Well done team!

The biggest change has been the creation of the Drama Hub.  The team came in late at night and over the in-service days to take an old poorly used space and turn it into a wonderful room where studying and collaboration takes place!

Here below we have a few before and after pictures.  We hope you have a great break and keep your eye out for our new and improved blog over the next few weeks!

Check it out! Below is the before, during and TODAY the new space all decorated for Halloween.
